New York, Connecticut Considering Laws to Prejudge Students Accused of Rape

Prejudging students who are accused of rape is now the new thing for college administrators and now state lawmakers in New York and Connecticut. This isn’t a good thing, considering that the American legal system is built on “innocent until proven guilty.”
