Feds Fund Argentine Clown School
American universities producing and hiring home-grown clowns, from Ivy Leagues down through states and localities, should feel properly dissed. “Republican Sen. Rand Paul claimed Saturday that the U.S. has spent around $300,000 to fund a clown school in Argentina,” David Sivak reports in The Daily Caller.
