Cato Dissects Trump Foreign Policy with Kissinger Chairs

It turns out that the legendary former Secretary of State has two chairs named after him–one at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and one at Johns Hopkins. The scholars who sit in both of them will examine the current president’s foreign policy in a conference at the Cato Institute.

The chairs would be impressive in and of themselves if Henry the K ever had a triumphantly successful foreign policy.
