Pastor at Chicago College Suspended due to Officiating Same-Sex Wedding, Going Against Church Doctrine

A pastor at North Park University, which pastor is affiliated with an evangelical church named Evangelical Covenant Church, was suspended by them for officiating a same-sex marriage. The suspension will be one month for going against church doctrine on marriage, which the Evangelical Covenant Church declared is between one man and one woman.
