UConn Plans to Host Women’s March Leader Linda Sarsour for Women’s History Month Speech

UConn faced controversy when the College Republicans invited conservative speaker Ben Shapiro on their college campus. However, no controversy emerged when the university announced their next speaker: Women’s March organizer Linda Sarsour, who also happens to be supportive of pro-Palestinian causes and sharia law.

Sarsour is a controversial activist to some due to her ties to Palestinian terrorist Rasmea Odeh, who killed two people in a terrorist attack on a supermarket in Israel in 1970. Moreover, despite her presence at women’s marches, she has, to put it mildly, been less than critical of the practices regimes that allow few, if any, rights for women.

But, no protests have emerged from this announcement, despite Sarsour’s colorful history.
