Group tells Maryland School System to Include Racism as a Mental Health Disorder
A group of black Americans, called the Caucus of African American Leaders, demanded that a Maryland county school system should include racism as a mental health disorder. The Anne Arundel County Public Schools is under fire for several racist incidents in the school system and is located south of Baltimore and northeast of Washington, D.C.
Of the several racist incidents, one was a threat to a school, and upon investigation, it was discovered that a black female student sent in the threat.
