University of Massachusetts-Amherst has a LGBTQIA Center on its campus, which published a guide on how to exam “gender-normative privilege.” The Stonewall Center, otherwise known as the “LGBTQIA+ Resource Center,” has twelve “handouts” on its website to teach students about transgender issues. Some of the subjects are surrounding terminology or how to be a friend of the transgender community.

“Gender-normative privilege,” or in other words, the privilege of being male or female, is also discussed in the handouts.
