Marquette University has Rules Against Proselyting, but Not Evangelizing

Marquette University outlines how students can “evangelize” but not “proselyte” on their college campus, which is a Catholic higher education institution. There is a gray area between the two, but the university has rules separating the two types of discussion and conversations for their students.

This was done to promote diversity, apparently.
