Bryn Mawr College Removes Past President’s Name from Buildings due to Racism Claims

One of Bryn Mawr College’s past presidents, M. Carey Thomas, was viewed as a hero, with buildings named after her on the college campus, until further research discovered she was anti-Semitic and refused to admit black students. Now, the university removed her name from a couple of buildings.
