Free Speech Zone Still Exists at Texas Woman’s University

Texas Woman’s University, a Texas public university located in Denton, Texas, will continue with its policy of having several “free speech zones” on its campus. Meaning, students can only express their First Amendment rights at designated locations, often outdoor grassy areas.
