Princeton Course to Discuss ‘Racial Otherness’ in Food Taste

A Princeton college course for this upcoming semester will discuss how taste of food creates ‘racial otherness,’ or in other words, discriminates against racial minorities. The course will be taught by Anne Cheng, who researches and teaches on ‘critical race theory’ and ‘feminist theory.’
