The Melvin J. Ballard Center for Economic Self-Reliance, located at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, had invited college students to celebrate ‘Taco Tuesday’ with free tacos on its Instagram account. However, the image of two white American males dressed with sombreros and waving a Bolivian and an Argentine flag apparently offended people. The center issued an apology and took down the social media post.
