A private historically-black college in Memphis, Tennessee, is investigating student government complaints because they criticize the college’s president over neglecting cleanliness in its facilities. Some of the complaints alleged there is a rodent infestation problem and mold issues in the dormitories at LeMoyne-Owen College.

The college claims the investigation is looking into “potential slander” of the college’s president, Andrea Miller. Miller is the college’s first female president.
