Pitzer College Students Fail in Attempt to Oust College President when He Kept Israel Study-Abroad Program

Pitzer College’s student government failed to pass a resolution that would attempt to force its college president to resign. The president, Melvin Oliver, overrode demands to scrap the college’s study-abroad program in Israel and that was the reason behind calls for his resignation.
