University of New Mexico Campus Safety Proposals Includes Building a Fence

As a part of the University of New Mexico’s research on how to make the campus safer, a consulting group suggested, among many of its proposals, to build an eight-to-ten foot iron fence around the campus’s perimeter. The proposal, if the fence is built, could cost at least $1.6 million.
