Anti-Trump College Professor Voted ‘Faculty Member of the Year’ after Rant Went Viral
Orange Coast College professor Olga Perez Stable-Cox was voted as the winner of the college’s “faculty member of the year” award, which also comes with the opportunity to speak at the college’s commencement ceremony. She declined the speaking invitation for unspecified reasons.
Stable-Cox was taped by a student when she ranted against President Donald Trump and his vice president, Mike Pence. The student was suspended, but the suspension was lifted after public outcry and pressure.
