Are Higher Education Jobs Student-Proof?

Only in higher education, it seems, do the number of jobs go up when the number of customers go down. “Despite declining enrollments, the number of jobs in higher education increased in Q2 2017 by the largest second quarter increase in five years,” according to Higher Ed Jobs.
