At least that’s how a black student, speaking at a College Republican gathering at Stanford, characterized Black Lives Matter.
The College Fix has the story. According to The College Fix editor Jennifer Kabbany, the student said, ““But I’m just saying, I’ve been researching Black Lives Matter and I’ve been understanding the politics and how they are funded by white liberals. And recently I’ve been feeling like [BLM is] white liberals in black face. … It’s because the white liberals are all about feminism, LGBT — white liberals don’t really care about black people. I realize, white liberals don’t really care about me, bro. I’m off the plantation, bro! I’m off the plantation, bro!”
