Boston College vs. Labor Board on Unionization of Students

Boston College, a Catholic college, is challenging the National Labor Relations Board (known as NLRB) over student unionization efforts at the institution. Boston College claimed that religious institutions are exempt from such efforts, supported by a Supreme Court decision.
