Buena Vista U: Potentially Punishable Hate Speech

Perhaps students in need of legal advice should go off campus to find it. “Buena Vista University insisted that hate speech is ‘potentially punishable under the law’ in a Monday letter to students,” Rob Shimshock reported in The Daily Caller on Tuesday. This guidance is reminiscent of the “double secret probation” Riff Randell was on in Rock and Roll High School.
