California Community College Now Allows Free Speech without a Permit

A Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) chapter at the California-based Skyline College ran into administrators when they held a pro-free speech event on the college campus. Now, the college has changed its permit-first policy and will allow free speech events on its campus.
