Chelsea Manning to Speak at UCLA on ‘Public Ethics’

In an ironic move, UCLA announced that Chelsea Manning will be speaking at the university on the subject of “public ethics.” Manning was imprisoned for illegally obtaining and leaking classified information, but was pardoned by President Barack Obama.

The announcement did mention Manning’s time in prison, but also highlighted Manning’s fight for transgender issues.
