Chicago Law Graduates Accuse the Late SCOTUS Justice Scalia of Racism
Black students were upset that they received low grades while in the University of Chicago’s law school, with Antonin Scalia as their professor. They claimed he was racist, but the law school has a blind testing system that Scalia would have had to circumvent to discriminate against them.
