College Shut Down for Two Days to Discuss Race Relations

Harvey Mudd College, based in California, shut down classes this past Monday and Tuesday in order to diffuse racial tension on their college campus after some of its students participated in sit-in protests. Sounds like the college students’ time and money was well-spent discussing these matters, instead of focusing on doing this behind closed doors and with the proper representatives present.
