Concealed Carry Bill Vetoed by University President

Capital University’s president vetoed a student senate-approved bill approving concealed carry on their campus, in light of a recent sexual assault of a female student. Since the decision, students are working to overturn the president’s veto to ensure students can carry firearms to protect themselves.
