Cornell Students Used Loophole to Duplicate Club Funds

Cornell University’s student assembly realized that its club rules left a loophole, where existing clubs could set up ‘shadow’ clubs to have excess funds for the parent club. Now, the student assembly is going to try to close the loophole.
