‘Free Palestine’ Chant Led by Cornell Professor at Colin Kaepernick-Inspired ‘Take a Knee’ Protest

At a rally staged by a Cornell University group, a college professor led the crowd to chant “Free Palestine.” The original purpose of the “Take a Knee” rally was to discuss racial injustice against black Americans, which was a focus of football athlete Colin Kaepernick’s national anthem protest last year. So did a professor hijack a rally to urge the crowd to yell a pro-Palestinian chant?

The answer appears to be yes.
