Georgia is the 9th State to Pass Free Speech Law on College Campuses

Georgia, after Republican Governor Nathan Deal signed Senate Bill 339, is now the ninth state to have a law on the books that banned “free speech zones.” Free speech zones limit the exercise of First Amendment rights to specific parts, or “zones,” on college campuses.
