Hate Crime Hoax Student Won’t be Charged, Prosecutors announce

The hate crime hoax at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, where a Muslim student accused a white man of threatening to burn her hijab (a head scarf commonly worn by practicing Muslim women), didn’t happen. Now, the prosecutor’s office won’t press charges against the student, even after forcing the FBI to investigate the hate crime hoax.
