The University of Missouri won a court case where it can enforce its ban on guns on its campus, which the judge ruled did not violate a state statute. The state statute enshrined the right to bear arms by civilians. But, the judge pointed out that the gun ban could violate the state constitution and would need more scrutiny to resolve this issue.
