Loyola Campus Police Cleared in Investigation of Conduct with Ticket Scalpers

Loyola’s campus police officers were cleared in a private investigation on whether several officers racially profiled two black ticket scalpers at a university basketball game. The individuals had sued the university for the officers’ alleged conduct, and the investigation concluded they could have handled the approach and communication better, but were not at fault for other alleged offenses.
