New York City Teachers’ Union Sued for Easy Tenure Requirements

This is a huge step for the pro-school reform camp, as Campbell Brown’s lawsuit will be heard by a judge in New York City. Brown says that tenure is too easy to obtain in the city’s school system and actually infringes on children’s right to a good education. The unions disagree and tried to have the judge toss out the lawsuit.
