Oxford University’s ‘Equality and Diversity Team’ Warns No Eye Contact is ‘Racial Microaggression’

The ‘Equality and Diversity Team’ at Oxford University warned students in a recent column that not making (or avoiding) eye contact with others can become ‘racial microaggression’ and could lead to ill health.
