Prisoners Beat Harvard in Debate

Maybe Ivy-covered walls don’t contain as good an education as prison walls. “The maximum-security inmates who beat a Harvard College team in a debate two years ago put a national spotlight on the prisoners’ ambitious college program, the Bard Prison Initiative,” Leslie Brady reported in The Wall Street Journal.
