Pro-Life Flyers At SMU Torn Down

Yet and still, the pro-choice suspects behind the vandalism shun debate. “Leftists at Southern Methodist University have given in to their censorious side yet again, tearing down posters advertising next Monday’s YAF lecture featuring Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America,” Spencer Brown reported on the Young America’s Foundation website on October 25, 2018. “After the SMU Young Americans for Freedom chapter posted the flyers, they noticed all their advertisements were missing within a matter of hours.”

“We fully condemn the cowardly attacks by pro-choice students who are too afraid to actually come and talk to us face-to-face to argue with us,” Hawkins stated. “The event on Monday is free, open to the public, and has a question and answer session; yet, the cowardly, spineless students decided stealing our signs was the best they could muster, perhaps because they are afraid of trying to defend their ideas?”
