Second Vote Required for Harvard Students who want to Unionize

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) told Harvard graduate students that they must have another round of voting to go forward in their unionization plans. The previous vote, which took place in November 2016, was overwhelmingly in favor of not unionizing, but a labor union protested the vote counting and the NLRB told Harvard University to hold a re-vote.
