Stanford College Republicans Allege University Denied a New Logo due to American Flag

College Republicans at Stanford University were denied their new logo, which the chapter alleged was due to the incorporation of the American flag. But, the university said that it “does not approve the use of the American (or other flag on product also featuring our trademarks (including the Stanford name) [sic].”
