Stanford Students Protest Apple, want Company to Address Issue of ‘Phone Addiction’
Stanford University students recently protested Apple, the maker of the iPad and iPhone, and clamored for the technological company to help address the problem of “phone addiction” among their product’s users. Students gathered at the university’s Apple store location to push the multinational corporation to begin to address phone addiction among iPhone users.
Instead of calling for personal responsibility, the students blamed Apple for their peers’ phone addiction problems.
