Suspension Rescinded: Student who Recorded Professor’s Anti-Trump Comments is Back in Class
According to the Orange County Register, Orange Coast College student Caleb O’Neil had his suspension and other sanctions lifted by the college administration. He was supposed to be suspended for two college terms (i.e. semesters) and the suspension included sanctions such as apologizing to his professor and writing a three-page essay on the incident.
O’Neil had recorded an anti-Trump rant by his professor, Olga Perez Stable Cox, and got in trouble when the recording went viral.
