A Title IX lawsuit alleged that the University of Texas-Arlington did not provide due process for a student accused of sexual harassment. The student, Thomas Klocke, later committed suicide.
Apparently, college administrators who handle Title IX cases still think that Obama is the president and seek to defend Obama’s Title IX policies under President Trump.
