Patricia Leary of California’s Whittier Law School has stirred controversy by wearing a ‘Black Lives Matter’ shirt to her class and The College Fix reported her law students’ bar passage rate fell recently.
As Campus Reform reported, “An open letter released Monday by 21 prominent law professors warns that the Department of Education’s sexual harassment directives are undermining both free speech and due process.”
