From Campus Reform: “The U.S. House of Representatives has rejected a Democrat-led effort to withhold ROTC funding from The Citadel unless it removes a Confederate flag on display in its chapel.”
Isn’t that ridiculous? “Citing what it calls “unhealthy” competition among students, the Wake County school board is the latest in the country to make valedictorians and salutatorians a thing of the past, The News & Observer of Charlotte reports.”
The College Fix has more on the subject: “For years, students at the University of California Santa Cruz have used the school’s bias reporting system to alert campus leaders that their feelings have been hurt or they have been called mean names by peers – complaints then probed by administrators.”
The College Fix reported, “University of Chicago student government representatives are more worried about a food fight with their constituents than the societal problem of mass incarceration.”
