Hillsdale College and the University of Missouri agreed to disagree on a donor’s bequest and settled a lawsuit surrounding the hiring of free-market economic professors.
Hillsdale College, on behalf of a deceased donor, is suing the University of Missouri for not honoring the donor’s intent, which required Missouri to hire pro-free market economics professors.
