Adjunct professors at Cerritos College are unhappy with their low wages and being perceived as inferior by tenured college faculty, known as ‘tenuresplaining.’
Some students are upset that the associate professor didn’t get tenure, but the new reality is that tenure could be disappearing sooner rather than later.
