At the University of North Georgia, there were a series of trainings on issues pertinent to the LGBTQ community at the university. During one specific training, handouts feature a “gender unicorn” were passed out. Apparently, the “gender unicorn” is a spectrum of gender identities.
In other words, the trainings were to create a “safe space” for the LGBTQ community.
