University of Pittsburgh Art Library Featured LGBTQ Coloring Books for Its Students

The University of Pittsburgh, located in the western Pennsylvania city of Pittsburgh, receives some funding from the state of Pennsylvania. A recent news article pointed out that the university’s Frick Fine Arts Library placed several LGBTQ coloring books on display, which include “Cute Boys,” “Drag Queens of the South,” and “The Big Gay Alphabet Coloring Book.”

Is this the best use of funds for a fine arts library at a partially-state-funded university?
