University President Not A Citizen
But he has filed papers with the U. S. government.
On the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) blog, David North tells us the story of Isa Sarac, president of Virginia International University (VIU), in Fairfax. BTW, according to North, Sarac’s university isn’t accredited either.
“Perhaps the Chronicle of Higher Education or the blog Higher Education Today could tell us how many U.S. colleges and universities have this dubious, double distinction,” North posits. Don’t hold your breath David.
